Bolt-on upgrade turbocharger solution for BMW M57N2 engine power gain designed to work with stock exhaust manifold and other engine units. Three versions available - Stage 2, Stage 2 ball bearing, Stage 3 ball bearing & Stage 3 ball bearing. Specifications and compatibility list written below.

 

DUE TO PARTS SHORTAGE ASSEMBLY OF THIS STAGE 3 & 4 TURBOCHARGER CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS.

Even though below listed models share the same engine the structure of these turbochargers are slighty diferrent. Order turbocharger according to your vehicle.

 

Stage 2 (HTD2872):

  • Upgraded bearing system;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • OEM variable geometry nozzle;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/72mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
  • Refurbished housings;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: up to 400HP

 

Stage 2 (HTD2872BB):

  • dual ceramic ball bearing;
  •  CNC machined compressor housing;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • OEM variable geometry nozzle;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/72mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
  • Refurbished housings;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: up to 400HP

 

Stage 3  (HTD3073BB):

  • dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle;
  • reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 54/73mm;
  • bigger turbine wheel - 58/54mm;
  • Refurbished housings;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Power range: 420+HP

 

Stage 4 (HTD3279BB):

  • Big dual ceramic ball bearing;
  • Enlarged shaft (6mm diameter ) and turbine wheel;
  • CNC machined compressor housing;
  • CNC machined turbine housing;
  • Custom variable geometry nozzle;
  • Reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 56/79mm;
  • High flow design turbine wheel - 58/56mm;
  • Refurbished housings;
  • Flow bench adjusted;
  • Balanced on VSR;

Please note that this Stage 4 turbocharger should be used only for professionals. Upgraded intake system as well as performance downpipe and custom software is required in order to achieve the best results.
