Bolt-on upgrade turbocharger solution for Mercedes-Benz 3.0 V6 OM642 diesel engine power gain. Designed to work with stock exhaust manifold and other engine units. Two versions available - Stage 1 and Stage 2 . This turbocharger is using only oil cooling, not water. Specifications and compatibility list written below. Stage 1 (HTD2262):
Upgraded bearing system;
CNC machined compressor housing;
CNC machined turbine housing;
enlarged OEM variable geometry nozzle;
reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 45/62mm;
bigger turbine wheel - 51/47mm;
Refurbished housings;
Flow bench adjusted;
Balanced on VSR;
Power range: up to 330HP;
Stage 2 (HTD2872):
Upgraded bearing system;
CNC machined compressor housing;
CNC machined turbine housing;
enlarged OEM variable geometry nozzle;
reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel - 50/72mm;
bigger turbine wheel - 51/49mm;
Refurbished housings;
